The Conveyor Belt Dynamic analysis module for the Helix delta-T Conveyor Design program is now two years old and in service with major conveyor designers and users in 5 continents. The Dynamic module calculates the transient belt tensions, belt velocities and takeup travel during starting and stopping of conveyors. Some sample dynamic graphs follow.

Helix has recently expanded its operations to include a unique service to all users of Vee and Wedge Belt drives in the form of the new DriveDesign™ centre coupled with an on-line Vee Drive equipment ordering system.
Enter your Vee Drive design parameters such as Power to Transmit and Pulley Centre Distance and this online calculator will select a variety of drives which you can sort in order of lowest cost, longest drive life, closest ratio or lowest belt replacement cost.
You can then view and print your design design report and you can also place an on-line order for the Vee drive components to be shipped directly to you.
