Helix delta-T6 System Requirements

Helix delta-T6 can run on Windows Vista, Windows 7, 8 and 10 32bit and 64bit systems.

To run the Helix delta-T6 program you need the following:

  • Microsoft Windows XP, Windows Vista or Windows 7, 8, 8.1, 10
  • 32bit or 64bit operating system
  • Microsoft .Net 3.5 software or later (supplied as part of Windows OS)
  • 512 Mb of RAM or more. For the Dynamic Analysis version at least 1GB RAM is recommended.
  • 175 Mb of Hard Disk space.
  • CD ROM disk drive or Internet Connection for installing software.
  • USB port (for USB dongle version)
  • 1360 x 768 or better resolution VGA monitor.
  • Printers, plotters and networks (Optional).
  • Mouse, keyboard

High Resolution Monitors with scaling greater than 100%

Some laptops or high resolution monitors require windows to have a custom scaling setting (Scaling greater than the generic 100%) and these settings may cause the reports to not display properly in Helix delta-T6. Use the following settings:

Option One:

If available run the program on another monitor that is has a windows scaling setting of %100. For example if you are using a laptop with %250 windows scaling and a secondary monitor with %100 scaling then run the Helix Delta-T6 in the secondary monitor at 100% scaling and the conveyor sketches in the reports are correct.

Option Two:

When you want to produce and save the final reports then change the windows scaling and resolution by going to the Windows Settings > Display > Change the scaling to %100 and the resolution to one that suits - For Example a 4k laptop with native resolution of 3840x2160 with 250% scaling should be changed to 1600x900 with 100% scaling.

The important thing is to change Windows Scaling to %100 and select an appropriate resolution. Example Below:
